leadership vision, service, and the ability to support clubs and area leaders across the division.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">As part of the election process, I delivered a candidate speech outlining leadership priorities and commitment to empowering clubs, strengthening collaboration, and advancing member growth\u2014marking a significant step in my Toastmasters leadership journey.<\/p>\n<p><img
